I want to start by sharing that we had several -fancier + bigger- locations in mind for this event, however, our flamenco studio was the appointed place for this homage, as it is the best option to deliver to truly heartfelt celebration.

We are located in the woods, and the good news are that the weather seems like it will cooperate (When we started planning this, we were afraid that snow could be the fact that could potentially make us cancel this)

…It all looks good now, and we are ready to see you on Saturday.

There is plenty of parking… But it is a little tricky, so we will have couple of volunteers assisting with parking directions when you get here.

Program

We would be expecting all guests from 5:30. Hopefully by 5:45 everyone could be already at the studio having some fantastic Valdemar wine and tapas by Oscar Rodriguez.

Luis Fernando is expected to arrive before 6pm and this is still a surprise.

We will then proceed to make a toast together and share some words from friends and people like Begoña Fernandez Pellicer… Who will be traveling from Madrid just to be in this event, and who has been working with Fernando for almost 20 years.

We will show Fernando a fond video with a recollection of important events and present the plaque we have done .

Paula Nava Madrigal, Director of the Orquesta Northwest, will honor us with her beautiful music (Violin, Cello and Soledad Mayorga, Soprano)

The event is scheduled 5:30-7:30 …But the Spanish way…If we are having a good time, we can elongate this as much as you want =)

So that is our plan, just having a special moment with all of you, as mentioned, we are super grateful with all the contributions, excitement and support for this homage.
